dc.description.abstractThe aim of this training workshop was to build the capacity of Agriculture Extension Officers on Aflatoxin management in grains grown and harvested in Hohoe Municipality, Volta region, Ghana. This will ensure that grains harvested and prepared for markets within and outside Ghana are free of or safe from aflatoxins and can easily be exported, and also, when these grains are consumed, they will not pose any aflatoxins related health risks to the consumersen
