dc.description.abstract | The response to NPK fertilizer is presented for the plant crop of Smooth Cayenne pineapple. N and K addition resulted in significant increase in yield and mean fruit weight. P had a depressing effect on yield but its effect on mean fruit weight was inconsistent. N addition significantly reduced the total soluble solids content of the juice while K raised it. There was a significant N x P interaction on the acid content of the juice | en_US |
