Abstract: This manual comes in handy and timely to sensitize fish farmers and fish feed handlers on appropriate feed handling approaches, with the intention of controlling or minimizing critical hazards usually associated with poor food production and handling processes. The manual provides measures of safety to prevent or control common and infectious food and feed contaminants, viz; aflatoxins, patulins and trichotecens from toxin producing moulds in grain-based farming inputs such as fish feeds
