dc.description.abstractThis manual which attempts to address the above issues is the result of a collaborative effort of Scientists from Food Research Institute (FRl), the Home Science department of the University of Ghana, the Biochemistry Department of the Kwarne Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the Women in Agricultural Development (WIAD) of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. The manual contains up-to-date information on different recipes of soybean and soy-based dishes. It has been designed as a practical guide for farmers, extension personnel and the general public. The information in this manual may not completely answer all questions relating to soybean recipes. However, we believe that the document would provide useful answers to usersen_US
