dc.description.abstractThe training took place at Ketu South Municipal Assembly conference room, Ketu South. A total of twenty-two (21) participants including Agriculture Extension Officers, NABCO-Agriculture Extension Officers, WIAD Officers and Civil Servants were trained. Participants were 67% Males and 33% Females (Figure 1). The duration of the training was 6th-10 September, 2021 and started at exactly 8:30 am on Monday 6th September with arrival and registration of participants. One of the participants gave the opening prayer which was followed with a welcome address by Mr. William Ayitevi, District Director of MoFA, Ketu South (Figure 2). The purpose of the training was given by Dr. Charlotte Oduro-Yeboah who stressed on the need for good postharvest handling of cereals and vegetablesen
